What kind of training programs are suited for Gnowbe?
There are no limitations. Gnowbe can be used as a stand-alone training tool or in combination with existing face-to-face training to extend the learning experience. Though we specialise in the following areas:
Onboarding, Pre-Onboarding, Recruiting
Customer Service Effectiveness
Soft skills (e.g., leadership, coaching, communications, team building)
Cutting edge topics (e.g., agile, virtual reality, design thinking, artificial intelligence)
- Engagement (e.g., team meetings, alumni/non-profit members, updates)
Who is creating the content?
This is your choice: For the enterprise solution, we offer that Gnowbe’s Instructional Design team ‘gnowbefies’ your existing content, i.e. we break it down into bite sizes and weave it into an engaging learning journey. If your current content assets are not digitised yet, we can do this, too.
Training and educational companies typically only buy the platform and customise their content themselves.
Who owns the content?
The company or educational institution will provide and own the content.
Is Gnowbe a learning management system (LMS)?
No. Gnowbe is a SaaS tool (Software as a Service) and solves ‘the last mile’ of reaching the learner. You can use it alongside existing LMS systems and training courses.
Which languages do you support?
We support over 100 languages that are written from left to right. For example, we can create your content in English, Spanish, Mandarin, German, French, Thai, Japanese, Korean, Tamil, Russian, Bahasa, etc.
What is your pricing model?
Gnowbe offers Software as a Service, so pricing is based on the number of users. Please contact us for details and volume discounts at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Can we set up different learner groups?
Absolutely. You can easily organise users into learning groups. The right people can see the right information at the right time.
Which features do you support?
We like to say that Gnowbe can do anything a smartphone can do, i.e. upload and download video, images, text as well as social sharing, likes, etc.
Do you support social learning and collaboration?
Absolutely. Gnowbe was designed to build authentic human connections so we encourage peer-to-peer sharing, learning and communications.
How are you different from other e-learning tools?
We are very different! We enable learning on-the-go, with a native mobile experience. Our emphasis is on active learning and learner engagement. Our aim was to replicate the in-person workshop experience as closely as possible so we focus on Learn. Think. Apply. Share. Most e-learning or online courses focus primarily on Learn.
