Dan Mitchell is the Global Learning Leader for Marsh, based in New York City. Prior to this role Dan was the Marsh Talent, Learning & Diversity Leader for Asia and Pacific, based first in Singapore and later in Taipei, Taiwan. He is a licensed Personal and Commercial General Insurance Broker through the Singapore College of Insurance, a former management consultant, a former US Marine infantryman, a certified executive coach, an avid triathlete, a bibliophile (of the paper variety) and a lover of all things from Studio Ghibli.
CIO Technology Strategy & aXess, Standard Chartered
Dr. Sebastian Wedeniwski is the CIO Technology Strategy & aXess at Standard Chartered Bank. He joined the Bank in April 2017 and is based in Singapore. In this role, he is instrumental in driving the Bank’s digital and innovation agenda. Sebastian is pioneering foundation services for Open Banking at https://aXess.sc.com. Prior to joining Standard Chartered, he was an IBM Distinguished Engineer and the Chief Technology Officer for IBM’s global Industrial Sector and started his career at IBM Research & Development Laboratory Germany in 1998. Sebastian is a mathematician and computer scientist by background, he graduated both in Mathematics (Cryptography) and Computing Science (Computational Mathematics) in 1997 and received his Doctorate Degree in Mathematics (Number Theory) from the University of Tübingen in 2001. Sebastian has published multiple books and owns several patents.

Chief Learning Officer, Citi
Cameron started his Citi career in 2003 in Dallas, Texas in the North America Learning & Development Group. In 2006, he went on to lead the Talent and Organization Capability Group for North America Operations and Technology. Throughout the recession, he worked with Citi’s Global HR Reengineering team, focusing on restructuring initiatives in EMEA and Global Learning & Development. In 2010 he moved to New York to lead HR for Citi’s US Retail, Wealth, and Commercial businesses – a post he held until February 2015 when he became the Senior Human Resource Officer for Citi’s Global Commercial Bank. Cameron assumed the role of Citi’s Chief Learning Officer in August 2016.
