Organised under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces and Chairman of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, Qudwa brought together more than 900 teachers, representatives (NGOs) and industry experts from over 70 countries on 7 October 2017.
With over 80 sessions, the forum explored the topic of Teaching for Tomorrow through interactive sessions, discussions, and workshops with experts, leaders, and peers from around the world.
Gnowbe was proud to be a Service provider for Qudwa 2017 Global Teachers’ Forum. Scroll down to see the highlights of the event!
Hack-A-Thon: Teacher's Lab
The objective of the session was to show teachers how they could use gamification tools to effectively drive engagement and learning in the classroom. To switch it up, Gnowbe ran a Hack-A-Thon, a formal competition for teachers. Educators were invited to bring topics relevant to their classroom experience and learned how to curate and create the programs on Gnowbe. At the end of the session, teachers had to vote for the program they thought was best! Check out the photos and videos of the gamified session.
