COVID-19 has been one of the biggest catalysts for digital transformation for many industries, and the Insurance industry has not been an exception. The need to digitize is no longer a choice. COVID-19 has made digitalization a hygiene factor for insurance companies - you either are digital, or you’re not. The questions are no longer about whether or how much digital investment insurance companies should make.
The challenges are not new but, now are at the forefront of how insurance companies grapple with prioritization and balancing what at times feel like competing forces of digitization, margin improvement and growth. In this webinar, join Sachin N. Shah, Former CEO of Asia Pacific AIG General Insurance as well as So-Young Kang, Founder & CEO at Gnowbe and former consultant at Mckinsey & Company as they address these common questions, challenges and best practices to kickstart your digital transformation journey this season.
1. How do we organize and what kind of talent do we need to execute digital initiatives flawlessly?
2. Where in the value chain should we focus our digitalization efforts to differentiate better our services?
3. How do we manage cost efficiency and the need for increased digital investment?
4. How do we equip our agents quickly to be productive in a virtual world?
