Ee Ling Lim heads up business development for 500 Startups Global Innovation in Asia Pacific. In her role, she partners with governments, corporations, and foundations to design and develop startups ecosystems and innovation programs, and support them in building relationships with startups around the world. Prior to 500 Startups, Ee Ling was an Investment Banker with Bank of America Merrill Lynch and CIMB Investment Bank, executing M&A, equity and debt capital market transactions in Southeast Asia.
Ee Ling is also the Co-Founder and CEO of Smarter Me, a K-12 edutech startup headquartered in Singapore, that equips primary and secondary school students with the skillset, mindset, and heartset to define their own success and happiness in the future. Through digital technology and entrepreneurship education, students develop mastery in problem-solving, critical-thinking, collaboration, and creativity. She also hosts Young Founders Summit Asia, a leading startup program in Asia that provides aspiring teenage founders with workshops and mentorship to launch impact-based startups.
Andrew is passionate about building ecosystems to help people help others.
Before joining Wantedly, Andrew co-founded a Social Enterprise, The Shiok Collective, served as Head of Southeast Asia at BeMyGuest, and was Investment Director at One Belt One Road Venture Capital. Having accumulated international experience in his entrepreneurial journey, Andrew gives back by mentoring startups and speaks at conferences in the region.
In his youth, Andrew had represented his country and schools for Tenpin Bowling. Andrew is also the Immediate Past President of the University At Buffalo (UB) Alumni Singapore Chapter and now sits on the Board of Directors for UB Alumni Association which has over 200,000 members globally. As part of his charitable contributions, he co-founded Makan For Hope during the pandemic which is a community for startups and entrepreneurs to network with one another and give back to charitable causes at the same time.

Kelvin is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Fundnel, responsible for driving growth and strategic initiatives across the group. Under his leadership, the company has achieved over USD6 billion in mandated transactions and raised over USD540 million for private companies and funds to-date. Fundnel has also since expanded its footprint out of Singapore to Malaysia, Indonesia and India. In 2021, Fundnel was recognised by Financial Times as the 107th fastest growing company in Asia Pacific, Fintech of the Year by The Asset's Triple A Digital Awards, and 21st fastest growing company in Singapore by The Straits Times.
He is currently a member of the Singapore Business Federation's Young Business Leaders Network (YBLN) and Young Entrepreneurs Network (YEN). Prior to co-founding Fundnel, Kelvin was an investment banker at J.P. Morgan, covering clients in North and Southeast Asia, and had raised over USD20 billion for clients during his tenure. Prior to J.P. Morgan, he was with Standard Chartered working on leveraged and acquisition finance, balance sheet & capital structure optimisation, and other alternative structured capital raising solutions such as the securitisation of receivables and the provision of sale and leaseback structures.
Thomas is currently the Head of Growth at Gnowbe. He was a former strategy consulting professional from Gartner and 500 Startups, with a strong track record in client services and business development especially under challenging circumstances. With his substantial experience working with seniors executives across North America and Asia Pacific, he is a mentor under Spark Accel which helps Taiwanese startups go to market and grow their business globally.
