Meet the Speakers

Faridah is a Coach, Counsellor, Trainer and Mobile Instructional Designer at Temasek Polytechnic. She started her career as a lecturer in the IT School. Currently, she coaches and counsels working executives, managers and youths. She also curates micro-learning courses, trains and coaches other curators, develops and markets training solutions.

Faridah is the curator of two best-selling micro-learning courses on developing winners work attitude and counselling. She has curated six more courses on upskilling workforce, safe driving, stress busters for crisis, embracing work-life harmony, stress management and motivation.

Faridah is a Certified Coach with the John Maxwell Team Team (JMT) and a Registered Counsellor with Singapore Association for Counselling (SAC). She has a Masters of Social Science Degree in Professional Counselling, Masters of Science Degree in Information Studies and Bachelor’s of Arts Degree.

When not working, Faridah jogs with her son and joins her daughter fan-girling over k-pop idols and watching k-dramas. She enjoys reading, swimming and simply spending time with her beloved family.

Eugene is Assistant Director from HPB’s Workplace Health and Outreach team. To improve the health and wellness of workers, Eugene has partnered key stakeholders in the logistics, security and transport industries, such as PSA, Certis and ConfortDelGro. With the expansion of the Gig economy and more workers going into freelance employment, Eugene has partnered the Union for Freelancers and Self-Employed Workers to enable workers in this sector to improve their health and sustain their employability.
