Mr. Tushar Doshi works in the Professional and Personal Development areas to assist individual and corporate clients to discover and improve their strengths for better success. Mr Doshi is involved in the trading of physical Crude Oil and various downstream products. In Oct 2019, Mr Doshi serves as an Advisor to Darwin Travel Tech Pvt Ltd, a Mumbai, India based Travel Technology start-up that is enabling service providers and travel agents to offer real-time travel packages to travellers for their personal and business trips. He is also a Consultant to iTechGenics Global Pte Ltd, a Singapore based Big Data start-up that is developing an AI-powered project risk and workforce adviser for distributed agile teams.

Peter is the Global Learning Ecosystem Head at Ericsson. In his current role, Peter has the responsibility for creating the environment for learning in Ericsson through leading a central group of learning experts. This includes a focus on technology channels and platforms, digital learning, innovation, marketing, analytics, skills frameworks & transforming delivery management. Driving Ericsson’s quest for an easy ecosystem leads to projects as diverse as the Ericsson Time to Learn TV show and evolving the Company jobs & skills architecture. His team have picked up a number of Brandon Hall awards for their work to date.

NC Prakash is the Vice President, Human Resources (Asia Pacific) for Rohde & Schwarz – one of Germany’s top 100 employers and a world leader specialized in the fields of electronic test and measurement, wireless comms,  broadcasting & media, radio monitoring and radiolocation, secure comms and cyber security.  He is also a Board member of Rohde & Schwarz in Korea, India and Thailand.

Over the last 15 years, he helped establish the company’s manpower expansions in the Regional Headquarters in Singapore and the region and initiated the leadership development, organisation development (OD) and succession planning initiatives. He also actively supports charitable causes in Singapore and the region and provides coaching for young leaders. He is a winner of numerous HR awards including 50 Top Global HR Tech Minds (WHRD Congress), for Coaching leadership and for his charitable efforts. He enjoys his hobby of composing and experimenting with his many musical instruments.
