Huishan Lim is the General Manager of FastJobs - Singapore’s top non-executive job portal. A product development enthusiast, she has a healthy interest in analytics. Prior to this position, she has led Partnership and Product Development teams in Singapore Press Holdings.

Sylvia has over 9 years of experience in Adecco. She started as a Hybrid Recruiter in 2013, where she supported clients from various industries across different job levels. This includes retail, hospitality, MICE and F&B. Now, as a Project Manager, she specialize in Recruitment Process Outsourcing, Mass recruitment and Talent mapping solutions for her clients. Sylvia also supports, coordinates and lead various partnership program within Adecco.

Samuel has been working with Temasek Polytechnic (TP) for more than 27 years and is highly sought-after by the media for his industry expert knowledge. He conceptualizes, designs and oversees the running of the Smart E-Commerce Centre (SMEC) at TP which officially opened on 19 July 2021. At SMEC, he coordinates collaborative projects among the Schools, including training programmes for students, adult learners, SMEs, and corporate clients involving the e-commerce business. Prior to his current portfolio, he was the Course Chair for the Diploma in Retail Management at TP for more than 10 years.

Faridah is a Coach, Counsellor, Trainer and Mobile Instructional Designer at Temasek Polytechnic. She started her career as a lecturer in the IT School. Currently, she coaches and counsels working executives, managers and youths. She also curates micro-learning courses, trains and coaches other curators, develops and markets training solutions.

Faridah is a Certified Coach with the John Maxwell Team Team (JMT) and a Registered Counsellor with Singapore Association for Counselling (SAC). She has a Masters of Social Science Degree in Professional Counselling, Masters of Science Degree in Information Studies and Bachelor’s of Arts Degree.
