The Singapore government’s policy to increase retirement age could boost demand for upskilling, reskilling and retraining of mature employees within the ageing workforce. The changing nature of work towards short-term project roles, advances in digital technology and communication, coupled
with rapidly evolving business operations, have increased the need for employers to hire trained staff who understand ageing to support the growing demands and expectations of this sector.

- What can employers do to support the needs of older workers?
- What are some tips and best practices for training providers to cater to the needs of ageing adult learners?
- What are the challenges faced by adult learners?
- Where can one go to seek knowledge and skills to be ready for the ageing sector?

In this conversational-style webinar, get insights from the speakers as they share answers to these pertinent questions from the perspectives of an employer supporting the needs of mature workers, a training provider on the theory of learning for older workers (Geragogy) and a working adult learner on the challenges faced at the workplace.
