The Group Safety Environment (GSE) provides leadership and technical support to the global supply chain at General Mills.
The GSE recognized that the audience we were trying to reach, manufacturing leaders, was experiencing a high level of disruption in their daily work. The challenge was to make learning as convenient and accessible as possible. In addition, planning and producing classes, participant enrollment and other activities that are necessary to make the learning experience meaningful.
Using the Gnowbe platform is helping the GSE drive a change of culture, not just a knowledge transfer. There is an opportunity for people to share their insights, process the new information and apply it in their daily routines.
