What is Create Global '26?
The next era of work won't be won by the companies that adopt AI fastest. It'll be won by those that use it with intention, putting intelligence in the hands of the people who do the work.
Create Global '26 is a one-day virtual summit for leaders shaping what comes next. This year, we're exploring what happens when everyone becomes a builder, especially the people closest to the work.
Whether you lead a frontline team, manage a function or design learning, join us to move beyond scattered AI pilots and start building an organization where people and AI work better together.
